SaudaFlow vs TeleCRM

SaudaFlow vs TeleCRM — an honest comparison for Indian real estate

Public pricing and feature pages, May 2026. Written by SaudaFlow.

TeleCRM is a tele-calling CRM built for Indian SMBs across many industries. SaudaFlow is a CRM built for one industry — Indian real estate — and nothing else. Both run on an Android phone, both are priced in rupees, and both are bought by the same kind of firm: eight to sixty people, a calling desk, a WhatsApp number that never stops.

The short version: TeleCRM has the lower published rate and a longer track record, and its outbound calling is as good as ours. SaudaFlow connects to WhatsApp directly through Meta rather than through a messaging partner, ships inventory, cost sheets, site visits and brokerage as first-class objects instead of custom fields, and keeps every byte in Mumbai with an access log you can read. Which of those matters more depends entirely on whether property is most of your business or some of it.

We wrote this page, so read it accordingly. Everything we say about TeleCRM comes from their own public pricing and feature pages, read in May 2026, and every price carries a “~” because published rates move. Something wrong here? Email support@saudaflow.in and we correct it in place.

SaudaFlow and TeleCRM, side by side

A horizontal tele-calling CRM for Indian SMBs — dialler, lead distribution and follow-up across many industries, real estate among them.

Public pricing and feature pages, May 2026. Where TeleCRM is genuinely stronger

This section is first on purpose. If you are shortlisting, these are the reasons to put TeleCRM on the list, written the way we would want someone writing about us to write them.

  • The entry price is lower, and that is not a rounding error

TeleCRM publishes an entry rate of around ₹599 per seat per month; our Team tier is ₹749, or ₹599 if you pay yearly, and Solo is ₹899. On a 20-seat floor that gap is real money over three years. If per-seat cost is the number your partner will actually ask about, TeleCRM starts ahead and we have to earn the difference back somewhere else.

  • Outbound calling is what they are built around

Dialling, distribution and disposition capture are TeleCRM’s centre of gravity, and they have been refining that loop for years. If your operation is fundamentally a calling floor — 300 dials a day, a supervisor watching connect rates — you are buying their core product rather than a module of it. We do call sync well; we do not claim to have out-engineered a company whose whole product is the dialler.

  • It is not real-estate-shaped, which helps if you are not either

Plenty of Indian firms sell property alongside insurance, loans, education or interiors. A horizontal CRM covers all of it under one login and one bill. SaudaFlow will feel wrong for the non-property half of that business — our screens assume a project, a unit and a cost sheet, and there is no polite way to make a term-insurance lead look like a 2BHK.

  • They have been shipping longer than we have

TeleCRM has years of production behind it and a large installed base, which means most of the setup problems you are going to hit have already been hit by somebody else. Our first public build shipped in May 2026. Maturity is a genuine feature and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

  • Android call sync is a draw, not a win for us

Both products log Android calls automatically and surface the lead on an incoming ring. We list this row as comparable in the table above because it is. Anyone telling you their call sync is categorically better on Android is describing polish, not capability.

Where SaudaFlow is stronger

  • WhatsApp comes straight from Meta, not through a partner

SaudaFlow connects to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API directly. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays yours, you pay Meta’s conversation rate with no reseller margin on top, and when something breaks there is one company in the path instead of two. TeleCRM, like most Indian CRMs, routes WhatsApp through a Business Solution Provider — a normal and perfectly workable architecture that costs a little more per conversation and adds a vendor.

  • Real estate objects are objects, not custom fields

Project, tower, wing and unit are a real inventory hierarchy. A cost sheet has base rate, floor rise, PLC, parking, stamp duty, registration and GST as line items, and shares to WhatsApp as a branded PDF in two taps. A site visit has a check-in. A brokerage receivable ages, deducts TDS at 2% under section 194H, and shows the agent their own earnings. In a horizontal CRM each of those is something you build and then maintain.

  • One region, and an access log you can read

Every SaudaFlow byte — app, database and file storage — sits in Mumbai, and there is no second region to accidentally end up in. Staff have no standing access to your workspace, and every access writes an audit row you can see. TeleCRM does not publish a residency or staff-access statement that we could find, which is not an accusation; it simply means you would have to ask them and get it in writing.

  • The price is published and the setup is minutes

Our rate card is on the pricing page in rupees, with GST stated, and no tier is hidden behind a discovery call. A workspace is provisioned on the demo call and takes about five minutes, so the first lead lands the same day rather than the next one. Neither of these is clever engineering — they are choices, and they are checkable in ten minutes without talking to us.

What SaudaFlow is not

The same four limits appear on every comparison page on this site. They are the things a demo would eventually surface anyway, and you should know them before you spend twenty minutes with us rather than after.

  • We are new

The first public SaudaFlow build shipped in May 2026 and the Android app is on beta.16. Every vendor on these pages has been in market longer than we have, with more customers who have already hit the bug you are about to hit. If a long reference list is what makes a purchase safe for you, that is a real reason to buy something else this year.

  • Portal integrations are a framework, not a live feed

The syndication framework for 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing is built, and it is not switched on yet. Until it is, portal leads reach SaudaFlow the way they reach everyone else — through email parsing, a shared inbox or a CSV. Any page on this site that implies otherwise is a page we need to fix.

  • iOS cannot sync call logs, and never will

Apple does not expose the call log to third-party apps. Our caller ID and automatic call logging are Android-only, and no CRM on earth can do it on an iPhone without routing the call through cloud telephony. If your team is on iPhones, this advantage does not exist for you.

  • There is no self-serve signup

You cannot swipe a card and be live in ten minutes on your own. Every workspace is provisioned on a call, which is deliberate — it is how the residency and access model stays true — but it does mean an extra step before you can try it.

Who each one is actually right for

Choose TeleCRM if…

  • Your business is a calling floor first and a property business second — the dialler is the product you actually need.
  • You sell more than real estate and want one CRM across all of it rather than a specialist tool plus a generalist one.
  • The lowest published per-seat rate is the number that decides the purchase.
  • You want a vendor with more years, more customers and more people who have already solved your exact setup problem.

Choose SaudaFlow if…

  • Property is the business, and you want inventory, cost sheets, site visits, brokerage and TDS to exist without configuring them.
  • WhatsApp is where your deals actually happen, and you would rather pay Meta directly than a partner on top of Meta.
  • You need to answer "where is our buyer data and who can read it" with a place name and an audit log.
  • You want to be running today. Five minutes on the demo call, not an implementation.

What "via a BSP" actually costs you

Meta sells WhatsApp Business messaging on a conversation model and publishes the rates. A Business Solution Provider is an authorised partner that resells that access with tooling around it, and almost every Indian CRM — TeleCRM included, per their public feature pages — uses one. It is a legitimate architecture and it is how most of the market ships WhatsApp quickly.

What it means in practice is two things. First, a margin: the BSP adds a per-conversation or per-message charge on top of Meta’s own rate, which at a few thousand conversations a month is a line item worth reading. Second, a support path: when a template is rejected or a number goes into review, you raise it with the CRM, the CRM raises it with the BSP, and the BSP raises it with Meta.

SaudaFlow connects to the Cloud API directly. Your WhatsApp Business Account is registered to you, template submissions go to Meta from your account, and approval takes the 24 to 48 hours Meta takes — occasionally five days, which is Meta’s timeline and not something any vendor can shorten. The trade is that you own the relationship, including the parts of it that are annoying.

Real-estate-shaped software versus a real-estate configuration

Every general CRM can be made to hold property data. You add a custom module for inventory, a formula field for floor rise, a picklist for RERA status, a workflow that emails a cost sheet. It works, and firms run on exactly that setup for years.

The cost shows up later. The cost sheet template needs updating when the GST treatment changes between under-construction and ready-with-OC. The brokerage calculation needs correcting when TDS under section 194H moves — it is 2% now, and a CRM still deducting the old rate creates a reconciliation problem for your accounts team, not a software problem. The unit hierarchy needs extending when a project adds a wing. Each of those is a small job, and each one lands on whoever set the system up.

When those things ship as product, the vendor carries that maintenance. That is the actual argument for a vertical CRM, and it is worth less to you the less of your business is property. If real estate is a quarter of your revenue, a horizontal CRM is very likely the right call.

How to check this page without trusting it

Read our pricing page — the rates in the table above are on it, in rupees, with GST stated. Download the Android APK from the download page and watch caller ID name a lead before you answer; that is the feature that is hardest to fake in a demo. Ask both vendors, in writing, where your data is stored and who on their staff can read it. Ask both what a WhatsApp conversation costs you all-in, including any partner margin.

Four questions, both vendors, and you will not need either company’s comparison page. If any row in our table is wrong, tell us and we will correct it here rather than quietly deleting it.

SaudaFlow vs TeleCRM — questions we get asked

Is SaudaFlow cheaper than TeleCRM?

Not at the sticker price. TeleCRM publishes an entry rate of around ₹599 per seat per month; SaudaFlow Team is ₹749 per seat per month, or ₹599 if you pay yearly, plus 18% GST. Where the arithmetic can move is WhatsApp: we connect to Meta directly with no partner margin per conversation, so a team sending a high volume of WhatsApp may land lower all-in. Run your own conversation volume through both quotes rather than comparing seat rates alone.

Can I move my TeleCRM data into SaudaFlow?

Yes. Export your leads, contacts and activity from TeleCRM as CSV and we map them during onboarding — leads, owners, stages, notes and next actions. Phone numbers are normalised to E.164 and deduplicated on the way in. Call recordings and WhatsApp threads held inside another vendor’s system generally cannot be moved and will stay there; plan for a period where you keep the old account readable.

Does TeleCRM work for real estate?

Yes, and plenty of Indian property firms run on it. It is a horizontal CRM, so the real-estate parts — unit inventory, cost sheets, site-visit tracking, brokerage with TDS — are things you configure rather than things that ship. Whether that is a problem depends on how much of that structure your business actually needs and who maintains it once it exists.

Do both products track calls automatically on Android?

Yes. Both sync the Android call log and can surface the lead when the phone rings. We mark this row comparable in the table because it is. Neither product can do it on iPhone — Apple does not expose the call log to third-party apps, and that limit applies to every CRM equally.

This page was written by SaudaFlow. Why should I believe it?

Partly you should not, which is why the page lists where TeleCRM wins before where we do, and why four SaudaFlow limitations are printed on it. Everything about TeleCRM here comes from their public pricing and feature pages read in May 2026, prices carry a "~" because published rates move, and if a row is wrong, email support@saudaflow.in and we will correct it in place rather than quietly removing it.
