Signaling encrypted end-to-end
SaudaFlow servers never see the SDP offer/answer payload in plaintext. The session key derives from the builder TMK + buyer ephemeral. We route packets; we don't read them.

Recording is OFF by default. To turn it on, the buyer hears a tenant-language disclosure first ("This call is being recorded for…"). The recording stores under the deal's vault.

Indian wifi behaves badly. We auto-fallback to TURN relay when the direct path fails. Bandwidth adapts to network conditions; audio survives even when video stutters.

Signaling is E2E encrypted. Media is DTLS-SRTP between endpoints. SaudaFlow operates the TURN relay but cannot decrypt the relayed packets. Recordings are off by default — when enabled, a tenant-language TRAI consent disclosure plays before recording starts, and the recording stores under a per-call DEK wrapped by the tenant TMK.
