We have no open roles listed, and we are not going to invent some.

The usual move here is to list six positions a small company has no budget to fill, because an empty careers page is supposed to look like decline. It mostly wastes the time of people who write a real covering letter for a job that does not exist.

We are a small team in Mumbai. When a role opens it will be listed on this page with an honest brief, an honest salary band, and the name of the person you would work with. Until then, this page is what we look for and how to reach us — which is more useful to you than a fake listing.

How we work, so you can decide before you write

A few things that are true of the day-to-day, offered so you can rule us out cheaply if they do not suit you.

  • Small team, Mumbai-based company, working in IST — real estate peaks on weekday mornings and evenings, and so do we
  • The product ships to real firms who will phone about it, which means quality is not an abstraction
  • Everyone touches support at some point; nobody is insulated from the people using what they built
  • India-first constraints are the interesting part of the job, not the annoying part — GST, DPDP, TRAI, DLT, RERA
  • No open-plan performance of busyness, and no expectation that you are online at 1am — the on-call reality of a CRM is real but bounded

If you want to work with us before there is a job

The most useful thing you can send is not a résumé. It is a specific observation about the product or the market — something you noticed in the app, a claim on this site you think is wrong, or a workflow you have watched a real broking desk struggle with.

That tells us more in one paragraph than a two-page CV does, and it is how most good hires at small companies actually start. If there is nothing open, we will say so honestly rather than keeping you warm on a list.

What we look for, whenever we do hire

None of this is a culture deck. It is the short list of things that make somebody effective at a company this size.

  • You ship, then you check it in production

    "It compiles" is not done here. Done is the flow exercised on the live system, with the log read and the result seen. Half-finished work that was merged and forgotten costs more than work never started.

  • You have opinions about Indian SMBs

    Not opinions about frameworks. Understanding why a broker will not open a laptop, or why an invoice has to be GST-correct the first time, is harder to teach than any part of the stack.

  • You read the actual error

    When something breaks three times, we stop treating the symptom and read the log literally. People who do this instinctively are worth several who guess quickly.

  • You write things down

    A decision that lives only in someone’s head is a decision that gets reversed by accident in four months. Architecture decisions get written up before they get built.

  • You are careful with other people’s data

    We handle buyer names, phone numbers and negotiations for firms who trust us with their entire book. Somebody who is casual about a log line containing a phone number is not going to work out here.

  • You can talk to a customer without a script

    Support is answered by the people who build the product, 10am to 10pm IST. Everyone here ends up on a call with a broker at some point, and that is on purpose.
