Partner program

We do not run a formal partner program yet.

No Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. No partner portal with a login. No published commission percentage, and no deal registration form. If you came here expecting that table, it is genuinely not here — we have not built the programme it would describe.

What we do have is a product built specifically for channel partners, a design partner intake that is running now, and an open door for anyone who wants to agree referral terms with us in writing. All three are described below.

No formal program, no portal, no published rate. When there is one, this page becomes its home — and until then it will keep saying so.

Why there is no commission table on this page

A partner programme is a set of promises about money: what you earn, when it is paid, what happens if the customer churns in month four, who owns the relationship at renewal, and what "registered" means when two people claim the same builder. Getting any of those wrong costs a partner real income and costs us a relationship.

Publishing a percentage before those rules exist would be the marketing equivalent of quoting a price for a product that has not been specified. So there is no number here. When there is a programme, the number will be published on this page in the same plain way the software pricing is published — because a partner deserves the same transparency a customer gets.

In the meantime we will absolutely talk about referrals, and we will put whatever we agree in writing before you introduce anyone. That is a smaller promise than a programme, and it is one we can actually keep today.

What is built today for channel partners

This is worth separating from the referral question, because it is the part that already exists and ships in the product. SaudaFlow treats a channel partner as a first-class business type, not as a lesser version of a builder.

A partner desk carries many builders in one pipeline, keeps its own buyer database out of any single builder’s reach, and can chase the brokerage it is owed without maintaining a spreadsheet that only one person understands.

  • Many builders, one pipeline — leads from every project you sell, in one queue that deduplicates across sources
  • Your buyer database stays yours: a builder you push a lead to sees the lead, not your book
  • Brokerage ledger with ageing, so "they still have not paid the June invoices" is a report rather than an argument
  • GST-correct brokerage invoices and TDS 194H at 2% handled where it belongs, not in a side sheet
  • Registration windows and attribution recorded when the lead is created, not reconstructed six months later

What we are looking for in a partner, when the programme exists

It is a short list, and it is the same list we use for customers: we would rather have ten partners who understand the product than a hundred who forwarded a link once.

  • You work with Indian real estate firms already — brokerages, builders, or the consultants who set up their processes
  • You are willing to learn the product properly, because a bad introduction costs both of us more than no introduction
  • You are comfortable with a written agreement before any referral, rather than a handshake and an invoice later
  • You are not planning to resell under your own brand — white-labelling is not something SaudaFlow offers today, and saying so early saves us both a call

Want to refer firms to SaudaFlow?

Write to us with who you work with and what you have in mind. We will tell you honestly what we can agree to today, put it in writing before you introduce anyone, and tell you if the answer is no.
