What we are actually trying to do
Indian real estate runs on WhatsApp, phone calls and Excel, and the CRMs sold into it were mostly designed somewhere else for a market that emails. The result is software that gets bought in January, half-adopted by March, and quietly abandoned by June, while the real pipeline stays in one broker’s personal chat history.
SaudaFlow starts from the opposite end: the phone in the broker’s hand, the WhatsApp thread where the deal is actually negotiated, the caller ID that names the lead before you say hello, the cost sheet with floor rise and GST priced correctly. Then the desktop for the people who need to see across it.
The commercial version of the same principle is the price on the website and the absence of a free trial. We publish what it costs so nobody has to sit through a discovery call to find out, and we set every workspace up on a call because the ones that get set up by a stranger at midnight do not survive to month three.
We are small, and there are things we do not have — certifications, case studies, awards, a partner portal. Where that is true, the relevant page on this site says so rather than filling the gap with something invented.
