WhatsApp Business inside SaudaFlow uses DLT-registered templates and the BSP-routed messaging API.
The 24-hour customer window
Outside the 24-hour customer-initiated window, you can only send approved templates. Inside the window, free-form messages are allowed.
Templates
Pre-approved templates: site visit confirmation, payment milestone, follow-up nudge, possession notice. Custom templates need DLT registration — see WhatsApp integration setup.
