Call directly from a lead drawer. The CallerID layer (sf_p307) recognizes inbound calls and pops the right lead.
Recording
Recording is opt-in per call. Before recording starts, your tenant-language TRAI disclosure plays for the buyer. Recordings store under the deal\'s vault, encrypted with a per-call DEK.
Hardcoded English disclosures are TRAI non-compliant. The disclosure plays in en/hi/mr/ta/te/kn based on tenant preference.
