The site-visit motion is a three-step loop.
- Schedule — pick date, time, project, buyer. WhatsApp invite goes out.
- Check-in — broker hits Check in on arrival; manager dashboard reflects in < 3s.
- Debrief — capture decision (book / consider / no-go) + next step.
