Capture your first lead

Add a lead manually, via WhatsApp, or via 99acres.

A lead in SaudaFlow is a buyer or inquiry you\'re working on closing. You can add one in three ways.

Manual entry

  1. Tap Add lead from the pipeline or the floating action button on mobile.
  2. Enter name, mobile, source, project of interest, and budget.
  3. Mobile + email are blind-indexed automatically for dedup search.

From WhatsApp

When a customer messages your WhatsApp Business number, the lead lands in the inbox. Tap Convert to lead — SaudaFlow attaches the conversation history.

From 99acres / MagicBricks

Configure the email-forward rule in Settings > Sources. New lead emails are parsed and ingested automatically. The 99acres rate-limit at peak hours is handled with backoff + dedupe.
