Move a lead to a closed deal

Walk through the pipeline from inquiry to booking.

A deal is a lead with money attached. Here\'s how to walk one from inquiry to booking.

  1. Lead enters the pipeline at Inquiry.
  2. Schedule a site visit — the visit appears on your calendar and the buyer gets a WhatsApp invite.
  3. After the visit, log a debrief. The buyer's decision flag drives the next stage.
  4. When the buyer agrees, create a Deal — pick the unit from inventory.
  5. Send the agreement via Documents. Track signatures.
  6. Once the booking amount lands, the deal moves to Booked.
