A deal is a lead with money attached. Here\'s how to walk one from inquiry to booking.
- Lead enters the pipeline at Inquiry.
- Schedule a site visit — the visit appears on your calendar and the buyer gets a WhatsApp invite.
- After the visit, log a debrief. The buyer's decision flag drives the next stage.
- When the buyer agrees, create a Deal — pick the unit from inventory.
- Send the agreement via Documents. Track signatures.
- Once the booking amount lands, the deal moves to Booked.
