Login issues
Forgot passphrase, locked vault, expired session.

Common login issues and their fixes:
- Forgot passphrase — use your 12-word recovery phrase.
- Locked vault — re-enter your passphrase to unwrap the TMK for the session.
- Expired session — sign in again; the app remembers your last URL.
- 2FA code rejected — check your device clock; TOTP is time-sensitive.
