Is there really no credit card needed? Yes. 14-day trial, full features, no card.

Is GST extra? Yes, 18% GST extra on every invoice. We respect place-of-supply rules.

Can I add seats later? Yes, at ₹599/mo per add-on seat.

When does Builder tier open? After Razorpay migration. Reserve a seat.

Can SaudaFlow staff read my data? No. Encryption is enforced in code; we cannot decrypt your records.

Where does my data live? Mumbai. Hostinger VPS for compute, Backblaze B2 Mumbai for cold storage.

Are you DPDP compliant? Yes — Data Principal Rights workflow is in-product.

What happens if I forget my passphrase? Use the 12-word recovery phrase. We do not hold escrow by default.

How long does onboarding take? Most teams are live in 48 hours. DLT registration for WhatsApp takes 2-3 weeks.

Do you migrate from Excel? Yes — drop your CSV/XLSX into Settings > Import.
